promising new future for M.E.S. Technologies as
it becomes part of the ARCIL Group: |
M.E.S.
Technologies, specialist in industrial microwave
applications, is now part of the ARCIL Group,
the world leader in thermoforming technology for
the agro-food industry.
The
M.E.S. Technologies team is to welcome its new
president, Pascal De Guglielmo, the founder of
ARIES Packaging.
To
mark this new stage in the development of its
business, the company is changing its name.

Technologies becomes SYNERWAVE: |
The
technological contribution resulting from this
deal will enable the group to offer synergies
to the agro-food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical
markets based on solutions that incorporate thermal
processing and packaging.
This
acquisition has given a boost to the range of
full product lines developed by SYNERLINK, the
engineering division of ARCIL.
SYNERWAVE
will continue business in its premises based in
Villejuif to the south of Paris.
